Planning Committee to meet on 4 February with Woodcote on agenda
Graffham Parish Council’s Planning Committee will meet on Wednesday 4 February to consider several recent planning applications, including The Woodcote’s revised application and new applications for Coach House Cottage and Marsh Cottage.

The Committee will consider the planning implications of each application. As usual, there will be an opportunity for members of the public to give their views on any application under consideration and we will take these into account in reaching our own view.
We, as Graffham Parish Council, are not the decision making body for planning applications but we are consulted by the planning authority on applications in the parish.
The Planning Committee meeting will be held in the Pavilion, Graffham Recreation Ground, at 6.30pm on Wednesday 4 February 2026. The full agenda can be viewed here.
