Graffham Parish Council’s Planning Committee considered planning application SDNP/25/01323/FUL for The Woodcote at its meeting held on 4 February 2026. One councillor was unable to attend due to a family health emergency, and the councillors present were evenly split in their views.
Graffham Parish Council’s Planning Committee will meet on Wednesday 4 February to consider several recent planning applications, including The Woodcote’s revised application and new applications for Coach House Cottage and Marsh Cottage.
Graffham’s new Village Plan, setting out Graffham Parish Council’s aims and priorities for 2026-2029, has now been finalised, following extensive consultation with residents and village bodies.
Graffham Parish Council's first meeting of 2026 takes place on Wednesday 7 January from 6.30pm in the Empire Hall. All parishioners are welcome to attend.
Graffham Parish Council is to delay considering the revised plans for The Woodcote's expansion until early in the New Year when the applicant is expected to have submitted updated reports on the implications of the development in terms of highways, flood risk and biodiversity net gain.
