Graffham Down Trust: A volunteer-run organisation for preserving and protecting open downland above Graffham.
Graffham Empire Movies: Screens films in the Empire Hall monthly during the winter.
Graffham Garden Group: One of the village’s most active clubs, with a focus on, you guessed it!, gardening.
Graffham Health Support Association: Provides transport to medical appointments and other kinds of support.
Graffam Lunch Club: Meets monthly for a home cooked two-course meal.
Thursday Club: Meets monthly for talks, outings and friendship.
