The application will be ruled upon by the South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA), but it is required to consult Graffham Parish Council on it.

SDNPA has given dispensation to the parish council – which objected to the original plans in June – to provide its comments on the revised proposal after the public deadline, which is now listed as Friday 5 December.

Members of the public who wish to register their own comments with the SDNPA are advised to do so by Friday 5 December, however.  For details on how to do so, see planningpublicaccess.southdowns.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?keyVal=STQN29TUHNT00&activeTab=summary where there is also a link to the revised plans.

Members of the public are also welcome to attend the parish council’s Planning Committee meeting.   As at its June meeting which considered The Woodcote’s original planning application, the numbers invited to speak and the amount of time given to each of them may be limited depending on demand, in line with the council’s standing orders.
