The full council will decide whether to proceed at its next meeting – on Tuesday 22 September. The session starts at 6pm and, as with all of its meetings, will be webcast. It will be asked to support the merger review, with the aim of reaching a final decision within a year with further public consultation if required.
Graffham and East Lavington’s chairmen Gillian Charlesworth and Simon Longman respectively attended the Boundary Review Panel, which was held remotely on a computer dial-in basis, to answer questions from the six-person committee.
